Kudos for job well done! I just wanted to drop a line to say thank you for the excellent duct work performed on my home earlier this week. The guys prefabbed the ducts before coming out due to rain. They came out and installed everything in one day. The result was full force heat running through my AC. Half of my home was not getting any due to no duct work being installed when previous owner installed new AC. Great job guys! Have a good one.
I have used them twice and they show up at the time that works for your schedule. Very efficent and professional. Their prices are affordable and all I can say is job well done. Dyer Heating and Cooling is a company I highly recommend and will count on for all my heating and cooling needs for sure.
UPDATE: Had to use them a third time. This time I was VERY unhappy. Charged me 100.00 to tell me he could not work in the fusebox in the house. I guess I should be happy, I fixed it with a 5 dollar fuse. And I found another company to do the work on my heat pump.
Went out of town and came back to a cold house. Called Dyer Heating and Air at 9 am on a Sunday talked with Jason. He was at my door within minutes and had it fixed in about the same amount of time. My heating and air unit had quit working properly and my electric bills were $400 per month. I called my local Chamber of Commerce in Carthage, TN to see if they could recommend a reputable HVAC repair company. They told me they highly recommended Dyer Heating and Air because they had used them and was very pleased with their service. I called Jason on Tuesday afternoon and he was here at 8 o'clock Wednesday morning. He spent about an hour testing everything and determined the problem. He immediately repaired my unit and now it is working perfectly. My electric bills should be about half of what they were before the repair. I strongly recommend Dyer Heating and Air to everyone. The service was fast and the cost was very low.
