Garage door opener had suddenly quit working. It just as suddenly started working again just as the serviceman pulled in the driveway. He still charged me the service charge even though he did nothing! Thanks for the help. Too bad this will not let me do zero stars, equal to the amount of work done.
Do NOT call this company for any garage door service. I had to work with them through warranty company. Took them 3 days to show up to may house. Service man was nice but someone was supposed to get back to me that afternoon with an update on part needed. Paid $75 service fee. No one called me back. When I finally got in touch with David (not sure if he is the owner or not), he was NOT nice at all. Could have cared less about my situation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Still have not heard back from them. Called D&D Overhead Door in Franklin who I had worked with in the past. Came to my house within an hour and fixed my door.
